The rooms at Lotusama Hanoi Hotel were amazing! They were air-conditioned, which was perfect because I can't stand the heat. The rooms had everything I needed, like a wardrobe, a kettle, and even a minibar. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I didn't really like the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not my thing, but I know some people really enjoy it.

Everywhere was fairly clean, room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a seating area was really large. The public parking was nearby, great service. The hotel was 20 mins by foot from train station...

During my Xmas stay, there were two complementary facts that I enjoyed: free champagne and chocolates. the location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shopping centers. the room was clean and well decorated, with plenty of space.
The noisy room, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the staff was slow to respond to our requests and not very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and service, assisting us with everything from getting a local SIM card to calling taxis. The hotel provided the service and quality of a large five-star hotel, but in a more intimate setting. We were impressed with the turn-down service, complete with sweets, and the lovely presentation upon arrival with rose petals on the bed. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel and the key card entry was modern and convenient. The location in the old quarter was perfect, with plenty of good places to eat nearby. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, yogurt, and salads, as well as cooked options. The coffee options were amazing, with at least five different styles to choose from. Our room, although not big, was well laid out and quiet, with a good view and plenty of natural light. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a powerful AC unit, tasteful decor, ample pillows, and robes and slippers provided. The bathroom had good water pressure and both a rainwater shower head and a spray attachment, and the provided toiletries were of good quality.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff's willingness to go the extra mile, the beautiful decor, and the quality of the amenities made our stay truly enjoyable.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at Lotusama. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering valuable recommendations for dining and activities in the city. The welcome tea and snack provided a nice touch upon arrival. Despite a minor issue with ants in the room, the staff promptly attended to it. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient storage service for our luggage during our overnight trip. The airport pickup and dropoff service was efficient, although a bit pricey. we had a great experience and would recommend Lotusama for a budget-friendly stay in Hanoi.
